Road House & Unnecessary Remakes (EP 147)

This week on The Last Row Podcast, Drew and Badway take a break from releasing original content to reboot a previous TLR episode about Hollywood reboots and remakes. Is it necessary? No. Is it better than the original? Maybe, maybe not. Now we see why Hollywood does it! Anyway, we discuss the upcoming Road House (2024) reboot. Be nice.

Die Hard (EP 145)

The Last Row Podcast kicks off their first episode of the new year with a bang, as Drew and Badway revisit an all-time classic, Die Hard. The guys discuss office holiday parties, the whole world being on coke in the 80s, East Coast/West Coast rivalries, who was more at fault in the McClane/Gennaro feud, and the worst situations to find yourself barefoot.

Christmas Vacation (EP 144)

The Last Row Podcast started off the holiday season hot by revisiting the 1989 classic, Christmas Vacation. The guys discuss Clark’s closeted rage, the insanity of hosting guests for 12 straight days, the foolishness of counting on your work bonus as part of your salary, and where Clark ranks among the pantheon of Christmas movie dads. Additionally, Drew and Badway share thoughts on real vs. fake trees, styles of Xmas lights, ruined dinners, and holiday shopping.

This week on The Last Row Podcast, Drew and Badway dig deep into the Arnold Schwarzenegger filmography to discover the 1986 hidden gem, Raw Deal. The guys discuss Jeep life, how to relax while smoking a cigar, a dangerous way to fake your own death, and the difference between a right hand man, a henchman, a left hand man, and a goon.

Beetlejuice (EP 140)

The Last Row Podcast kicks off Spooky Season by revisiting the 1988 Tim Burton Classic, Beetlejuice. Drew and Badway question if Beetlejuice was a bad guy or just an annoying scumbag, debate whether or not dead people have rights to their old house, critique the Maitland’s scare tactics,  and are in awe of a small-faced Alec Baldwin. Additionally, the guys doubt the seriousness of the Maitlands’ 5 foot car tumble into a small pond, and outline car safety preparedness (including Drew’s proper underwear packing procedures).
