Ghostbusters II (EP 05)

Just in time for the new year, Drew and Badway invite Ty, Ghostbusters aficionado and one half of the Solid Verbal Podcast, to discuss the polarizing Ghostbusters II. The trio analyze Sigourney Weaver as a questionable 80’s sex symbol, the value of a Ghostbusters birthday party, all things Janosz Poha, and Vigo’s ineffectiveness as a final boss. The guys also offer a shocking take on the Eddie Murphy/Ernie Hudson “Winston” controversy.

In part two of The Last Row’s Holiday Extravaganza, Drew and Badway break down everyone’s favorite Christmas sequel – Home Alone 2: Lost In New York (brought to you by Tiger Electronic’s Talkboy). Gone in 60 Seconds (EP 02)

This week Drew and Badway discuss Nicolas Cage’s greatest movie (of year 2000), Gone in 60 Seconds. The guys analyze the feasibility of stealing 50 cars in one night, “screw-up” younger brothers, traditional car thief hairstyles, and the street value of abstract art made by crime bosses. They also debate the possibility of a Nic Cage / Angelina Jolie on-set romance, Raymond Calitri’s place on the villain scale, and Detective Castlebeck’s general awfulness at detecting, policing, and/or officiating.

The Mighty Ducks (EP 01)

In the debut episode of The Last Row Podcast, Drew and Badway revisit a childhood classic: The Mighty Ducks. They discuss Gordon Bombay’s REAL motivation for coaching the Ducks (hockey moms), pee-wee hockey locker room cancers, and the origins of the word “cake eater.” They also re-live a “Coach Reilly” moment from Badway’s childhood basketball career, break down little Gordon Bombay’s improbable 198 goal season in the pee-wees, and blow your mind with a new theory about the existence of Hans.
