Beetlejuice (EP 140)

The Last Row Podcast kicks off Spooky Season by revisiting the 1988 Tim Burton Classic, Beetlejuice. Drew and Badway question if Beetlejuice was a bad guy or just an annoying scumbag, debate whether or not dead people have rights to their old house, critique the Maitland’s scare tactics,  and are in awe of a small-faced Alec Baldwin. Additionally, the guys doubt the seriousness of the Maitlands’ 5 foot car tumble into a small pond, and outline car safety preparedness (including Drew’s proper underwear packing procedures).

The Last Row Podcast welcomes 2023 with a look at the most Tim Burton movie of all time: 1990’s Edward Scissorhands. The guys are all over the place on this one, with Drew describing why this movie makes him sad, while Badway is concerned about whether or not Edward has a butthole. Plus: other possible hand attachments, Anthony Michael Hall as a lame villain, and an appreciation for Alan Arkin.
